Advertising Manager
String Letter Publishing is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced advertising salesperson with excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills to work from our office based in San Rafael, CA. The Advertising Manager will sell multi-platform advertising packages to guitar and bowed instrument industry clients and prospects in a designated territory and report regularly to the Advertising Director.

Necessary Skills and Strengths:
3–5 years of successful multi-platform advertising sales.
Ability to present, sell, and close prospects and accounts in assigned territory.
Strong knowledge of the publishing industry.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to sell the value and strength of our brands and audience.
Ability to travel assigned territory and attend trade shows (25% or more).
Experience in managing time effectively by meet ongoing deadlines and goals.
Experience and/or knowledge with stringed instruments and/or the music products industry.
BA or equivalent is required.
